All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

We kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to do so may result in:
– loss of deposit (if applicable)
– refusal of future bookings

Clients arriving late may have their treatment shortened or rescheduled. Full charges may still apply.

All treatments are carried out professionally and tailored to the individual. However:

– no guarantees are made regarding outcomes
A consultation is provided prior to treatment to assess suitability.

Clients must provide accurate and complete medical information before treatment.
We are not responsible for adverse effects resulting from:

Prices for treatments are subject to change without notice.
Payment is required at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
